Sierra Vista Elementary CSI After School Clubs

Sierra Vista is proud to announce that once again we are the recipient of a Community School Initiative (CSI) grant that provides FREE afterschool programs for its students! 

 

Sierra Vista Families this year the CSI will be offering  6 after school clubs.

Health and Fitness

Monday K-2nd –Coah Wilhelm in the gym

Tuesday-3rd to 5th Grade Coach Wilhelm in the gym

 

Yearbook Club

Monday 4-5th grade- Desiree Salgado in room 16.

 

Story Time/STEM

Tuesday 1-2nd grade-Sue Gonzalez and Desiree Salgado in the Library.

 

Jump Rope Club

Wednesday- Coach Argano in the gym.

Please pick up registration form in the office.

 

Archery—4th and 5th Grade

Thursday and Friday-Coach Wilhelm  in the gym

The clubs will begin ....... at 2 pm and end at 2:50 pm. Space is limited in each club. If your child is interested in participating in any or in all the clubs please feel free to pick up the permission forms in the office. Please return them as soon as possible to the office or your child’s teacher.

Community School Initiative (CSI) Grant

The Community School Initiative (CSI) grant is funded by the ABC Community School Partnership.  Partners include Bernalillo County, the City of Albuquerque, APS, United Way of Central NM, and the Albuquerque Business Education Compact.  The objective of this partnership is to provide elementary and middle school-age children opportunities to thrive in before and/or after school time environments that encourage improved student learning, stronger families, and healthier communities.

CSI (formally known as EMSI) Community School Initiative Clubs
